COVID Protocols

The COVID 19 outbreak has been stressful for pretty much everyone. It has changed the way we go about our daily lives. At Joyful Notes, I strive to keep my students as safe and healthy as possible.

• Masks are currently optional. Please indicate if you would like me to wear a mask during lessons.

• Any student that is sick will not be permitted and may be sent home. (See information for online lessons as an alternative.)

• The piano and any other common surfaces will be sanitized between each student

• Unfortunately, it is difficult to teach effectively and maintain a full six feet of distance. I will keep as much distance as I can, but there will be times where I will have to step close for a moment. Whenever possible, I will use a laser pointer to direct reading sheet music or correcting hand position.

**I have been fully vaccinated as of August 8th, 2021.
